Order Processing

  • All products are made to order using print-on-demand services.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

To reduce unnecessary transport and environmental impact, items are printed and shipped from various locations worldwide, depending on your delivery address and product type.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. In most countries, you can select between:

  • Standard/Economy Shipping – typically delivering within 2–20 business days.
  • Express Shipping – prioritised and expedited delivery for faster arrival.

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over AUD $150.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

  • European Union – Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to countries within the EU due to regulatory and logistical constraints. We hope to offer this service in the future.

For all other international destinations:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Address Errors

For shipments to China, Japan, and South Korea, shipping addresses must be provided in the local language to comply with the requirements of our regional shipping partners.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Custom Products

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the issue and your order number.
  • Resolution: We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days. We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.

International Returns

We ship worldwide, and we’re here to support our international customers too.

  • Customs & Duties: We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during delivery.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is approved, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing Time: International returns may take longer to process due to shipping times and customs clearance. Please allow up to 21 business days for resolution.

Returns Not Accepted

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guides)
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
